- P. Lynn Bibbs has been practicing law since 1984. She is a former U.S. Army Captain in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, where she served as a prosecutor and senior defense attorney. After leaving active duty, she served as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor before entering private practice as a criminal defense lawyer.
- Israel Nunez Cruz was admitted to the bar in 1994. He began his career doing civil work for a legal services organization before starting a private criminal defense practice. From 2000 to 2010, he served as a Master Court Commissioner in Marion County Superior Courts. Throughout his tenure as a judicial officer, he presided over thousands of major felony and misdemeanor cases in the drug courts, domestic violence division and other courts.
Ms. Bibbs' experience as a Deputy Prosecutor and Mr. Nunez Cruz's experience as a judicial officer have given them incredible insights into the ins and outs of the Indiana and federal criminal justice systems.
